Masteron (Drostanolone Propionate) has been successfully used in treatment of advanced breast cancer in post-menopausal females. The over-all response rate in all patients treated with drostanolone was 30,6%, compared with 25,5% for the other forms of hormone therapy.
The dosage schedule of Drostanolone propionate was - 300 mg weekly for 2 weeks, 100 mg weekly thereafter.
