The following side effects have been reported by more than 10% of patients:
- Central nervous system: Drowsiness, dizziness
- Ocular: Blurred vision
The following side effects have been reported by 1% to 10%:
- Cardiovascular: Flushing of face, tachycardia, syncope
- Dermatologic: Rash
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, constipation
- Genitourinary: Decreased urination
- Neuromuscular & skeletal: Weakness
- Ocular: Nystagmus, increased intraocular pressure
- Respiratory: Nasal congestion
The following side effects have been reported by less than 1%:
- Hallucinations
- aplastic anemia
