Omnadren is an oil-based injectable containing a blend of four different testosterone esters: testosterone propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and caproate. Being a four-component testosterone, Omnadren is most commonly compared to Sustanon. Sustanon contains testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate.
Omnadren is quite similar to Sustanon, and is different only in that testosterone caproate is instead of the testosterone decanoate used in Sustanon. For this reason, Omnadren has a shorter half life, and will give a faster initial increase in blood level.
As the longest ester in Omnadren (caproate) is slightly faster acting than the longest ester in Sustanon (decanoate), users will notice an increase in their testosterone levels sooner with Omnadren than with Sustanon.
