The standard dose regimens of the two drugs (combined in one Premig sachet) are acetylsalicylate lysine 1620 mg and metoclopramide 10 mg.
Medication can be taken up to three times at 2-hour intervals, if adequate relief is not obtained, for the treatment of a single migraine attack. If relief of symptoms is not obtained after three administrations, do not take another dose of Premig, call your doctor and discuss about other options and drugs for the treatment of migraine attacks.
